​Description 活動內容

​加入 Blackwater RC，一起透過呼吸、移動與修復，探索如何將正念練習帶入日常生活。

​Mindful Performance Being 是 Blackwater RC 打造的身心練習，結合引導式呼吸、社群共跑 與 瑜伽練習。從靜止到移動，再回到靜止，帶你重新校準身心。

​本場（上午場）以引導式呼吸練習開場，接著進入以對話速度進行的社群 5K 共跑，最後由 Den Yoga 的 Serena 與 Maggie 帶領瑜伽練習，以緩和動作與活動度伸展，讓身體從跑動中逐步回到靜止。

​適合各經驗程度的跑者參加。

​Join Blackwater RC for an afternoon exploring breath, movement, recovery, and what it means to bring these practices into everyday life.

​Mindful Performance Being is Blackwater RC's wellness program that merges intentional movement with recovery practices — a single ritual bringing guided breathwork, a community run, and yoga into a single practice, moving from stillness into movement and back again.

​The morning practice begins with guided breathwork, followed by a community 5K at conversational pace. Serena and Maggie from Den Yoga will then lead a closing yoga practice centered around cooldown and mobility, bringing the body gradually back to stillness.
