We’re back and we couldn’t be more excited to host The Pollen Social again!
It’s been almost two years since our incredible last event, and we’re so excited to host another evening full of relaxed networking, group activities, and a panel discussion featuring industry leaders.
It’s the perfect opportunity to connect with other job seekers (because let’s face it, job hunting can get lonely) and to meet employers and mentors from our Pollen network who are enthusiastic and passionate about supporting those early on in their career.
Meet our panel 🎤
📱 Lauren Spearman — you might've seen her on your FYP, calling out hiring practices that don't sit right with her. Now a brand consultant and content creator, she's spent years leading marketing teams at Sky, Benefit Cosmetics and MADE.
⚽ Jean-Luc Bragard — has spent his career at the centre of sport and brand marketing, starting out in account management before working his way up through Nike and, most recently, Arsenal.
🥜 Jessie Kenneth — you'll spot Pip & Nut's nut butters in pretty much every major UK supermarket, enjoyed by around two million households a year, but Jessie's story with the brand started as an intern. She's grown alongside the business ever since, working her way up through Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager to her current role as Head of Brand.

We know that networking events can feel daunting when you're just starting out, which is why we've created a welcoming, low-pressure environment filled with great conversations, genuine connections and invaluable insights.

Food & drink, sorted 🍕
We're being looked after by some brilliant B Corp sponsors on the night. Bicycle are sorting pizza, Cawston Press are on drinks, Perfect Ted are bringing matcha, and Honeywell Bakes are covering the biscuits, so come hungry, it's all covered in your ticket.

Note: There’s a small fee to attend. We make no profit from it and the money will be used to subsidise event costs such as food & drink.
