Join Tori Márquez (aka Mellow Mente Yoga), founder of Techno Yoga, for her signature fusion: a one-hour dynamic vinyasa flow set to melodic techno, mixed live by guest DJ DY. With its immersive lighting and impressive sound system, this session invites you to feel, flow, and have fun, a full-body experience where movement meets music. After class, stay for our social café and té in the warm, inviting space, a moment to unwind and connect while the music continues.

About Tori Márquez
Tori Márquez is a longtime expat, new studio owner, yoga teacher, tarot reader, and lover of all things mystical. Originally from Chicago, she moved to Madrid in 2016 and began teaching yoga in the park in English- a simple side hustle that grew into her life’s calling. Fast forward to early 2025 when her passion project Techno Yoga was born, a movement blending yoga, music, and conscious community. In September 2025, Tori opened her own studio, Yogalates House, alongside her co-founder Karina, a fellow female wellness entrepreneur and expat. Together, they’ve created a space that celebrates the yin and yang of balance and contrast: techno & yoga, yoga & pilates, English & Spanish, energy & stillness, all coexisting in harmony.
