​Our members, Walking on Earth (WONE), is partnering up with Techspace to provide you with a restorative lunchtime sound bath session!

​Restorative Sound Bath
A restorative sound bath designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset your nervous system. Using crystal singing bowls, this session combines sound frequencies and gentle vibrations to guide the body into a state of deep relaxation.
It supports the release of stress and tension while helping the mind settle and refocus. It offers a subtle reset, allowing you to step back from pressure.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, with reduced tension in the body and a quieter mind.
