​Have you ever felt sound? Most people haven't.

​The Resonance Lab is small by design: every session is private and tailored to you. So for one evening, we are bringing our gongs, bowls and chimes to a bigger space. This way we can allow more of you to experience the Resonance Lab.

​What actually happens
You lie down on a mat, get cosy under a blanket and close your eyes. There's nothing to do, nothing to know and no way to get it wrong. Allow your thoughts to rest and drift off into a trance-like state.

​Stay for tea
Afterwards, stay for a cup of tea to talk about your experience and meet like-minded people. We call this social resonance: the part where the sound stops and the conversation starts.
