Blinds Structure:
Blinds increase every 20 minutes. The levels are as follows:
Level 1: 10/20
Level 2: 20/40
Level 3: 30/60
Level 4: 50/100
Level 5: 100/200
Level 6: 150/300
Level 7: 200/400
Level 8: 300/600
Level 9: 500/1,000
