Circular Bookclub - Hospicing Modernity

​Circular Amsterdam Bookclub will be discussing 2nd part of "Hospicing Modernity: Facing Humanity's Wrongs and the Implications for Social Activism" by Vanessa Machado De Oliveira.

​We will prepare some vegan snacks and tea!

​The book is quite dense, so we will read this book in two parts.

​In May, we discussed about half of the book, till Part 2, Chapter 2, Mapping Horizons of Possibility. And in 16 June we will discuss it all!

​If you didn't join last time, we recommend you to start from the beginning of the book! However, even if you don't get to finish it all, feel free to join us to listen, share your ideas, reflect, and talk about hope, despair, circularity, and the futures we want to build. 🌱

​Do start the book early though since the book is very interesting but not a super easy read! There's even a chapter called "Why Read (or Not) this Book", which you should definitely read!😉
