✦︎ MORNING AIR ✦︎ A somatic breathwork practice

Morning Air is a gentle, grounding breathwork class designed to help you arrive fully in your body and begin the day clear, steady, and rooted.

✦︎ The morning offers a rare window of stillness, just before the buzz of the city begins.

This is where breath can gently shape our internal rhythm. This practice begins with slow, intentional breathing, nervous-system regulation, and moments of stillness to support a soft awakening rather than a push.

We’ll work with breath as an element—creating space, circulation, and presence—inviting the body to open at its own pace and set the tone for what follows.

✦︎ In this practice we create the pace of our entire day.

This class is trauma-informed and accessible to all bodies and experience levels. You’ll be guided through a 45 minute breathwork journey, followed by time for rest and integration.

Come as you are—allowing the breath to ground the nervous system, clear the mind, and meet the day with intention.

Led By: Ray Chambers

Ray Chambers is a Brooklyn-based nonbinary filmmaker, artist and somatic breathwork facilitator. Their breathwork practice is trauma-informed and rooted in nervous-system awareness, shaped by a lifelong relationship to movement, creative expression, and embodied healing. Ray strives to cultivate safe spaces that encourage the full range of human expression.

We utilize music – including spatial, sub-bass-centered, and organic instrumentation – along with breathwork, meditation, art, plant care and adaptogenic, nutritional foods + beverages to cultivate kindness—both physical and spiritual. We aim to create an environment that offers peace, space, and clarity, helping people understand the connections between themselves, their communities, and the world around them.
