What is this challenge about?
This is a fun 31-day Pincha Challenge starting Dec. 1st, a step-by-step journey where you’ll finally build the strength, confidence, and technique to hold your forearm balance (Pincha Mayurasana).
This challenge is designed to fit in your busy lives anywhere you are in the world 🌎, each day you’ll receive intelligent targeted drills designed to fit into your routine (10–25 minutes). You’ll train smarter, not harder, using a unique blend of yoga asana + brain-based movement strategies that help your nervous system feel safe, strong, and balanced.
And the best part? You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be part of a supportive community working toward the same goal, cheering each other on, sharing wins and struggles, and staying accountable through our private community group.

This time around there will be option for those who want to explore deeper progressions (like more controlled entry like press or gaze shifting), I’ll guide you safely into those as optional variations. But you absolutely don’t need them to join, the focus is always foundation first.
