Unlock your forearm balance in just 10–30 minutes a day


What is this challenge about?

This is a fun 31-day Pincha Challenge starting Dec. 1st, a step-by-step journey where you’ll finally build the strength, confidence, and technique to hold your forearm balance (Pincha Mayurasana).

This challenge is designed to fit in your busy lives anywhere you are in the world 🌎, each day you’ll receive intelligent targeted drills designed to fit into your routine (10–25 minutes). You’ll train smarter, not harder, using a unique blend of yoga asana + brain-based movement strategies that help your nervous system feel safe, strong, and balanced.

And the best part? You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be part of a supportive community working toward the same goal, cheering each other on, sharing wins and struggles, and staying accountable through our private community group.

What’s new?

This time around there will be option for those who want to explore deeper progressions (like more controlled entry like press or gaze shifting), I’ll guide you safely into those as optional variations. But you absolutely don’t need them to join, the focus is always foundation first.

How it works

  • Start date: December 1st

  • Duration: 31 days (daily emails with video drills)

  • Time commitment: 10–25 minutes per day

  • Where: Practice at home, at your own pace. You’ll also get access to our private Facebook group for accountability & support.

  • What you need: A yoga mat, wall space, optional blocks/strap, and an open mind 😉


Program Breakdown

Week 1: Foundations

  • Learn proper alignment and common mistakes

  • Brain-based activations, shoulder mobility, wrist conditioning, core awareness

  • Vision, Vestibular and breathwork drills for strength, stability and mobility

  • “How to fall safely” + wall-assisted holds

Week 2: Balance & Entry

  • Wall drills, safe kick-ups, spatial awareness

  • Explore practicing away from the wall

  • Cerebellum activation drills for better bodily coordination, balance and accuracy

Week 3: Strength & Control

  • Longer holds, floating hops, endurance training

  • Shoulder stability + core strength + Leg hip mobility integration

Week 4: Flow & Freedom

  • Variations, transitions, playful flows

  • Creating your personal Pincha practice plan


Accountability & Support

  • Daily emails with drills + motivation

  • Private Facebook group to share wins, struggles & questions

  • Weekly check-in prompts to keep you consistent
