Restorative Sound by Rowena (Move Strong London) - Walthamstow

​Join us for an evening sound bath to relax your mind and restore your nervous system.

​Rowena is an experienced sound bath practitioner and breath coach, and has studied with the British Academy of Sound Therapy, Simone Salvatici, and the Sound Healing College. She is fully qualified and insured.

​We will start with some guided breath work to settle in and connect inwards, before being immersed in soothing vibrations and sounds from various instruments, including Himalayan bowls, gongs and crystal bowls. A sound bath is a wonderfully accessible way to relax - yoga mats, blankets and eye pillows will be provided. We will have some cushions and bolsters available but do bring anything you might need for your comfort.

​Sound baths can promote healing and restoration by guiding you into a state of deep relaxation. It is very normal to fall asleep or even experience an altered state of consciousness. No two experiences are ever the same, and we welcome you to come with an open mind for whatever the session brings - most people find it is exactly what they need!

​Please note that sound baths are not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy!
