Volunteer With PedSafe

​“We will gather in the parking lot of the Government Center to break into groups and head out to specific locations and place chalk outlines where pedestrians died in 2024 and the first 6 months of 2025.Teams will be assigned neighborhoods with specific locations and each team will chalk an outline in the far right lane, where a pedestrian was hit and killed.

​Each team will have 3 members who will go out in one vehicle and have a large support vehicle- either a fire truck, ambulance, or public works truck that will block traffic to complete the outline and assist with keeping everyone safe during the project completion.”
