It Takes a Village: November Monthly Virtual Mental Wellness Series

Your Village needs support, too.

The holiday season can bring joy, connection, and meaningful memories, but it can also bring added stress, complicated family dynamics, and the pressure to balance everyone’s needs.

Join The Village Within Foundation and South DFW Mom Village, in partnership with Urban Sky Counseling, for our FREE November It Takes a Village Monthly Virtual Mental Wellness Series.

This month, we’re creating space for honest conversations around holiday stress, family boundaries, and finding balance. Together, we’ll explore ways to navigate the holiday season, establish healthy boundaries with loved ones, and prioritize our well-being while caring for the people around us.

Featuring Mariah Santee, LPC-Associate, this virtual session is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and gain insight and support as we head into a busy time of year.

This series is for the whole Village — moms, dads, grandparents, caregivers, and anyone who plays a role in supporting a family. Because mental wellness matters at every stage of life, and no one should have to navigate it alone.
