Yoga of Leadership
What does yoga have to teach us about leadership?
When most people hear the word "yoga," they think of postures, flexibility, or physical well-being. Yet, in its deeper sense, yoga is a path of awareness—a way of cultivating clarity, presence, discernment, and right action amidst the complexities of life.
In a world that often rewards speed, urgency, and constant activity, the wisdom traditions of yoga invite us to pause and ask:
How do we lead without losing ourselves?
How do we remain steady amidst uncertainty?
How do we act with purpose while staying grounded?
How do we build success without sacrificing well-being?
On the occasion of International Yoga Day, join us for a reflective and experiential exploration of leadership through the timeless insights of the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita. No prior knowledge of yoga is required.
