The Rage Room: A Monthly Journaling Circle
A confidential, live-only journaling circle for women leaders. A quiet hour to ground, write, and be witnessed in a space of collective focus.
After a year of leading sold-out cohorts, I've seen that the most high-functioning women often have the least space for themselves. They need a place to process the weight of it all, without having to perform or explain. This is that place.
This is for you if:
You crave a moment of quiet grounding in your week.
You feel disconnected from your own voice and needs.
You are ready to write honestly, held by the focus of a trusted circle.
How it works:
We begin with a brief grounding meditation to arrive.
You will be guided through an intentional arc of prompts designed to help you access your own truth. You just show up.
There are moments of optional, structured witnessing for those who feel called to share. Speaking or being on camera are never required.
Your guide:
Chanlee Sutoyo is the founder of Rage on the Page™ and the primary facilitator of the Rage Room. After navigating her own burnout as an attorney, she created this space to help high-achieving women reclaim their voice through the power of witnessed journaling.
What this is not:
A workshop where you are taught.
A networking event.
A group coaching session.
To maintain absolute confidentiality, this event is never recorded.
Logistics:
When: Second Friday of each month, 9:00 AM Pacific Time.
