Brainspotting for Groups - Register Your Interest
This is a free registration of interest. Group sessions will be ticketed - pricing and dates to be confirmed.
Healing happens below the level of words.
Brainspotting is one of the most powerful neurobiological approaches to emotional healing available today. Brainspotting evolved from EMDR and was founded in 2007. Guided by the eyes and grounded in the body, brainspotting works by accessing where stress, unprocessed emotion and life experience are stored in the brain and body, beneath language, beneath insight, beneath what talk therapy alone can reach.
In a group container, something remarkable becomes possible, not just individual healing but the power of collective nervous system regulation and genuine human connection.
Two rounds of groups are planned for 2026:
Round 1 — August 2026 Expansion Brainspotting
Focused on growth, expansion and accessing your full potential. This involves working with the nervous system to release what's been holding you back and open to new possibilities. This round is suitable for anyone curious about brainspotting regardless of prior experience.
Round 2 — Late 2026 Trauma-Focused Brainspotting
A deeper dive into trauma healing and nervous system repair for those ready to go further. Details and dates to be confirmed, register your interest now to be notified first when places open.
Both rounds will offer:
Guided brainspotting in a safe, facilitated group setting
Psychoeducation about the brain, nervous system and emotional healing
Nervous system regulation and somatic awareness
A community of people committed to genuine embodied healing
This is for you if:
You're curious about brainspotting and want to experience it
You want to expand your life and explore new possibilities
You've tried talk therapy but something still isn't shifting
You carry stress, anxiety or emotional activation in your body
You want to work with the body not just the mind
You're ready to go deeper than insight alone
Register your interest below.
You'll be the first to hear when dates, format and pricing are confirmed for both rounds.
Places will be limited to ensure a safe and intimate container.
