Here's your chance to find out by doing it!
Join a team, take on real Scrum roles, and work together to create an app across Sprints.
You’ll get to step into the roles of Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Developer, and handle a few surprises thrown your way. Make sure your work is actually done, because “almost done” doesn’t count!

Please make sure to arrive on time! Session begins promptly @2.30pm.
2:30–2:45 PM | Game Rules 📋
A quick walkthrough of how the workshop works, the roles you'll play, and Scrum.
2:45–4:45 PM | Sprint Cycles 🔄
Plan your app, switch between roles, navigate a fun challenge (or five), make sure your Spint is actually finished, and start again!
4:45–5:00 PM | Wrap-up
Share your app with the group, what you learned, what went well, and which app you would actually use!

This event is open to all Northeastern students, and no prior Scrum, project management, design, or technical experience is required!
Come solo, bring your friends, or meet new people. Just make sure you register beforehand!
