No experience needed; your breath and body are the portal.
Cassie Ray is a breathwork facilitator trained in the David Elliott lineage, with over a decade of experience holding space through dance, yoga, breath, and ritual.

Bring: a mat, blanket & cushion to lie on, anything to feel comfortable — comfort is the whole setup.
We provide: eye covers, essential oils, music, and magic.
