About Event

A Sober Conference for Women redefining success through career, creativity, and alcohol-free living

This is an intentional, alcohol-free space designed for women building meaningful careers while actively reshaping their relationship to substance, social culture, and self-definition. It is not a backdrop—it is the foundation of the experience.

Experience Overview

  • Four featured speaker conversations + live Q&As

  • Two immersive workshops in leadership and movement

  • Women-led marketplace pop-ups

  • Alcohol-free environment

  • Intentional networking

Speakers

The day features four deeply personal, career-driven talks followed by moderated, podcast-style Q&As.

  • Lindsey Avenetti — Addiction counselor and former high-end escort sharing a candid perspective on identity, survival, reinvention, and recovery.

  • Chelsea Volpe — Fashion and still life stylist whose work spans Vogue, The New York Times, and styling for celebrities like Alicia Keys. A conversation on taste, creative authority, and building a career in fashion.

  • Hanna Dickinson — Award-winning comedian with credits at Comedy Central and a 152K+ audience on Instagram. A raw, unfiltered take on visibility, humor, and making a life in public.

  • Kathryn Sauser — aka TheSoberFitGirl, founder of TheSoberFitGirlPodcast, and upcoming author with a combined following of 123K+. A conversation on sobriety, embodiment, discipline, and rebuilding through movement.

Activations

Alongside the speaker series, guests can join in on curated breakout activations designed for embodiment, creativity, and applied learning:

  • Tijana Buric, Career AlchemistLead by Design: a workshop exploring how to connect your inner design and outer expression to meet your professional goals.

  • Kathryn Sauser, TheSoberFitGirlBooty Sculpt: a fun fitness session focused on positive energy, physical reset and sculpting your ideal booty.

  • Pop-up marketplace featuring women-led brands: jewelry designers, candle makers, makeup artists, portrait photographers, and more.

The Space

309Social Club by Bigvision Community is a fully alcohol-free environment, designed to remove the social default of drinking and replace it with presence, conversation, and clarity.

Instead of networking over alcohol, guests connect through shared programming, live dialogue, movement, and intentional downtime across curated lounge spaces.
