Where retail's next operating model takes shape.
The Retail Intelligence Summit is a curated, invitation-only gathering for senior retail and technology leaders exploring how automation, data, and AI are converging to redefine physical retail.
Over a full day of keynotes, case studies, and roundtable debates, participants will hear from operators and innovators who are already deploying these technologies at scale — and discuss what it actually takes to move from pilot to performance.
On the agenda:
Three keynotes and three moderated roundtables structured around the three forces reshaping the store:
The Smart Store — autonomous formats, labour optimisation, shrink control, and scaling across store types
The Connected Store — real-time data layers, integration challenges, and turning operational insight into decisions
AI in Retail — computer vision beyond checkout, what's actually deploying versus what's still hype, and the infrastructure reality
The day closes with The Store of 2030, moderated by Dan Munford — a forward-looking panel on where retailers should be placing their bets in the next decade — followed by networking drinks.
Attendance is by invitation only. Seats are limited.
