Take care of your back with FREE Posture Checks and TIPS with Spineworks

​We know how it goes: long days at your desk, back-to-back calls, not enough movement. So we've brought Spineworks in to give you a proper check-in.

​On Thursday 21 May, Spineworks specialists will be here at Health Foundry running free, one-to-one posture assessments, 10 minutes, personalised feedback, and an honest look at what your body's been putting up with. Slots run from 11:30am to 1pm, and we're finishing with a free talk at 1pm on back health basics that's worth staying for.

​This is a member perk, slots are limited and going to our community first.
