Born in France, shaped by Germany, and a globetrotter at heart, I spent 20+ years in corporate roles as a project manager and consultant in organizational development. Across industries and borders, I saw the same challenge: people struggling to communicate, collaborate, and co-create effectively.
Then I discovered facilitation – and it changed everything. It became my superpower and the turning point in my career. Now, I help others unlock their potential, build impactful workshops, and design a business and lifestyle they truly enjoy.
