B2Breakfast — Zürich | Building & Growing the Modern Revenue Team
What does a Revenue Team that scales look like ?
From early traction to a repeatable growth engine
Growth changes the revenue organisation faster than most companies expect. What worked with a small, highly versatile commercial team can quickly become a source of friction.
In that situation many companies are constraint to hit the brake when things are accelerating. Or hit a wall. Hence the question we'll try to answer:
What does a high-performing revenue team actually look like as a company enters its next stage of growth?
What to expect
This will not be a discussion about a perfect org chart but rather about the decisions leaders need to make as the commercial engine grows: priorities, responsibilities, transversality.
We will explore questions such as:
What does a strong revenue team look like at different stages of growth?
Which roles become essential and when?
How do operating models evolve as revenue, complexity and headcount increase?
How are AI, data and automation already changing team design and commercial execution?
Which systems and habits make growth more predictable?
Alongside the revenue and operations perspective, the session will also bring a marketing leadership lens: how marketing can contribute to the revenue model, create demand, equip sales and retain a clear strategic role as the company scales.
