Workshop Guidelines
1. Strict No-Walk-Ins Policy
Prior registration and ticket confirmation are mandatory. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated as seats and materials are prepared exclusively for confirmed participants.
2. Please Arrive Early
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before the workshop so you can settle in with your drink before we begin. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may miss essential wax preparation steps.
3. Age Policy
The workshop is open to participants aged 12 years and above. Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
4. Refund & Transfer Policy
Tickets are strictly non-refundable.
5. Safety First
Heated wax and melting equipment will be used during the workshop. All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the hosts. Organizers and the venue are not liable for accidental wax spills or damage to personal belongings.
