Danish Defense Tech Week: Odense | Autonomous Defense Systems
As part of Danish Defense Tech Week 2026, Defense Innovation Highway brings its national Defense Tech Meetup series to Odense, focused on Autonomous Defense Systems. Co-organized by the National Centre for Defence Robotics and Autonomy and The National Defence Technology Centre (NFC).
The Odense edition will examine how autonomous systems move from promising technology to operational capability — where autonomy creates real military advantage, and what is required to test, integrate, and deploy these systems reliably.
The meetup will connect Ukraine’s operational experience with Denmark’s strong robotics, UAS, AI, and autonomy ecosystem, bringing together perspectives on how new capabilities can move faster from development to operational relevance and scale.
The Ukrainian delegation joins Danish Defense Tech Week in partnership with IRON Cluster, a Ukrainian defense-tech cluster.
The event will bring together Danish and Ukrainian defense companies, military professionals, technology leaders, researchers, investors, and public-sector stakeholders for expert perspectives, panel discussions, dialogue, and networking.
Speaker announcements, specific discussion topics, and program updates will be added on an ongoing basis as we get closer to the event.

Participation is free, but capacity is limited. Registrations are reviewed by the organizers, and submitting a registration does not automatically guarantee admission.
For security considerations, the venue will be shared with confirmed participants closer to the event.
A valid photo ID matching the name used for registration will be required for entry.

Danish Defense Tech Week takes place from November 5–12, 2026, across Aalborg, Aarhus, Odense, and Copenhagen.
Led by Defense Innovation Highway (DIH) and European Defense Tech Hub (EDTH), the week connects Denmark’s defense innovation ecosystem with operational experience from Ukraine through a series of summits, meetups, deep dives, and partner-led activities.
