The Franklin International Film Festival 🎬

Hi friends,

I’m hosting a very small, very exclusive film festival at mine, and it’ll be nice to have you here.

Here’s the plan: 3 films. 1 day. No skipping. No talking through the good bits.

Expect a mixture of great cinema, questionable opinions, heated debates about whether a film is actually good, and at least one person confidently getting a trivia question completely wrong.

Dress code: Come comfortable. This is a film festival, not the Met Gala.

I’ll send more updates as I have them, but here’s what you should know:

1. Come with food & drinks 🍷🍿
I’ll have some things planned, but please feel free to bring whatever you fancy. Nothing is too much. I like to host properly, and I’d rather have too much food and drink than not enough.

2. There may be film trivia 🧠
I haven’t decided exactly what I’m doing yet, but there will probably be some questions afterwards. Good luck to you.

3. We kick off at 12 pm sharp ⏰
We’ll have 10–15 minute breaks between each film, so there’ll be time to stretch, refill your glass, get more food and discuss whether the last film was actually any good.

4. Most importantly: come ready to watch some films. 🎬

See you soon.
