- Martin Hadrava (Partner @ Qminers)
Since earning his degree in Numerical and Computational Mathematics from Charles University, he has dedicated his career to refining the technical backbone of algorithmic trading at Qminers. After joining the team in 2013, he progressed from overseeing all technical details to focusing on the development of robust trading algorithms in C++. His goal has been to build a team capable of driving innovation swiftly and efficiently, while upholding the company’s commitment to quality in every aspect of product development.

Financial Markets in the Age of Hypergambling
- Agustin Lebron (Senior Research Scientist @ Equilibre Technologies)
Agustin Lebron started out as an electrical engineer, then became a trader and researcher at Jane Street Capital. Over the years he has traded many kinds of securities: equities, futures, commodities, options, and an assortment of other derivatives. He wrote the bestseller The Laws of Trading, showing how the mindset of the world's top quant traders can be applied in everyday life. He then cofounded a company which developed the zero-knowledge proof technology for financial solvency. Last year he moved to Prague to join EquiLibre Technologies, where he's helping to advance the reinforcement learning revolution in trading.

How we built a billion-scale database from scratch
- Marek Galovic (CEO @ TopK)
Marek Galovic is the Co-Founder and CEO of TopK, an AI infrastructure company building a unified search platform for unstructured and multi-modal data. Before founding TopK, he was a technical leader at Pinecone, where he developed algorithms and distributed systems for vector search at scale. Marek studied AI/CS at the CTU Prague, where he also contributed to research on game theory, adversarial robustness, and its applications to computer security.
