Around the Tea Table π« Warm Cup, Open Heart
βSome of life's most meaningful moments happen around a shared table, with something warm in your hands and nowhere else to be.
βThis event brings together the art of Gong Fu Cha, a centuries-old Chinese tradition of brewing and tasting tea, with soulful conversation, community, and a gentle introduction to mindfulness in everyday life.
βFeel the warmth of the cup between your palms. Notice the color of the leaves as they open in the water. Follow the rising steam and the shift in aroma from one pour to the next. Taste the way a single leaf carries an entire landscape.
βFor us at Soul Seated, this is exactly why we gather: to slow down, return to ourselves, and find a soft place to land together.
