This session is part of our HR Book Club, where we explore influential HR books through the lens of real HR experience.
This time we’ll discuss Part I: Business Context (pages 16–50) of The Age of HR.
Together we’ll explore questions such as:
• How is the HR profession changing?
• What does “outside-in thinking” mean in practice?
• How can HR better understand business context and create stakeholder value?
This is not a lecture. It is a facilitated discussion where we exchange perspectives, connect ideas from the book with our own experience, and learn from HR professionals working in different countries and industries.
No matter whether you have 2 or 20 years of HR experience, your perspective is valuable.
