βπ¦ WHAT'S THIS ABOUT?
βF*ck the Small Talk is an out-of-the-box social experience where strangers come together for an evening of meaningful, fun, and deep conversation. Itβs also just a different & cool way of meeting new people by getting out of your comfort zone and skipping the small talk!
βJoin us for an evening of games, talks, and connections with friends you havenβt met yet. Join if you get annoyed after being asked what you do, where you are from, and how long you have been in Toronto, every single time you meet someone. If you feel that there are better questions in life then this is the place for you. π
βπ HOW DOES IT WORK?
βWe start with a short & sweet intro talk followed by a few light-hearted group games to warm up. After that, we split you up into small groups and start with the conversation rounds (within groups of 4-5 people).
βWe'll have our own awesome question cards that will guide the flow of the conversation. (Youβll never have to speak in public if you donβt want.) You'll be guided by an experienced host who'll make sure everything goes smoothly. π (Introverts, you'll love it too β€οΈ.)

βOur events are limited to 30 guests to ensure a cozy atmosphere. (More than that is a party!) We prioritize a balance in gender and cultural diversity. Request to join above!

βThis event will take place at a private cafe in the Willowdale neighbourhood, very close to Finch subway station, on Yonge Street. The exact location will be revealed once we confirm your spot! ποΈ

Of course, in fact, we encourage it!
ββ£ Can I be late?
Please try not to. We start 15 min after the official start time. Late arrivals tend to disrupt the flow of the event.
ββ£ Can I bring my pet?
While we love furry friends, please leave your good dog/cat/rabbit/fish/llama/raccoon at home for this iteration of the event.
β£ Can I get a refund if I can't make it?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or ticket transfers to another event date if you cannot attend with a notice of less than 3 days. However, feel free to pass on your ticket to a friend, provided they also sign up using the form :)
