We're looking for passionate individuals to fill the following positions:
A. Research & Watch (R&W):
Trend Monitoring: Monitor the latest external tech news and track innovative ideas and execution strategies from other communities and organizations.
Strategic Input: Provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams to expand audience reach and improve engagement based on market trends.
Reporting: Submit weekly thesis updates and progress reports to the Team Lead.
Ideation: Proactively identify and propose new concepts for execution.
B. Design Department:
Creative Development: Design posters, banners, social media creatives, presentations, and other visual assets required for events and campaigns.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the organization’s branding guidelines and maintain a professional visual identity.
Collaboration: Work closely with PR, Tech, and R&W teams to create impactful visuals that support campaigns and initiatives.
Innovation: Explore modern design trends and creative approaches to improve engagement and audience appeal.
C. Tech Department:
Development & Maintenance: Build, manage, and maintain websites, platforms, and technical systems required for events and organizational activities.
Technical Support: Provide technical assistance during events, workshops, and campaigns to ensure smooth execution.
Optimization: Improve existing systems, workflows, and digital platforms for better efficiency and user experience.
Innovation: Research and implement new technologies, tools, and solutions that can enhance productivity and project outcomes.
D. PR & Outreach Department:
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong connections with external communities, organizations, sponsors, and collaborators.
Promotion & Communication: Handle public relations, outreach campaigns, and communication strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
Partnership Management: Coordinate collaborations, sponsorships, and event partnerships to strengthen organizational growth.
Representation: Represent the organization professionally in external meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

Termination Policy
Failure to maintain active participation, repeated negligence of assigned responsibilities, misconduct, violation of organizational rules, unprofessional behavior, misuse of authority, breach of trust, or actions that negatively impact the reputation and functioning of the organization may lead to termination of membership. Continuous absence without valid reason, lack of communication with Team Leads, or failure to meet expected performance standards despite warnings may also result in removal from the department. The final decision regarding termination will be taken by the core leadership team after proper review.
