TGC: Lower Arroyo Walk
Autumn is doing its golden-hour thing and the year is sneaking toward the finish line, so let's get outside and enjoy it together. TGC is hosting a relaxed stroll through Lower Arroyo Park in Pasadena, with plenty of room for good conversation about mental health, how we're really doing, and whatever else comes up along the way. The days are getting shorter, which makes a late afternoon walk under the sycamores feel extra special.
There's no pressure to share anything you don't want to, and no fitness level required. Walk at your own pace, chat with someone new or just soak up the fresh air, and leave feeling a little lighter than when you showed up. Bring comfy shoes, a water bottle, and a friend if you like (or come solo and make one). We'll meet at Lower Arroyo Park and wander from there. It's about an hour of easy movement, real talk, and a nice reset before the busy holiday season kicks in.
