Roslyn McLarty is a founder and executive coach building Within, a personal development platform for purpose-led founders. Previously she co-founded The GIST, a women-run sports media company and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. After founder burnout, she now helps purpose-led founders scale with more self-awareness, emotional intelligence and ease through coaching, community, and inner-work based content.
Peter Corbett is the post-exit founder of iStrategyLabs, sold to WPP at 37. Now an executive coach and Venture Partner at Up.Partners, he’s creating Atlas, a wellbeing operating system for leaders. He’s guided hundreds of CEOs through personal and professional transformations, integrating neuroscience, AI, and contemplative practice into modern leadership development.
