This workshop helps participants distinguish assumptions from expectations and communicate more clearly to reduce stress, strengthen accountability, and build trust across teams.

• ​How to spot the difference between an assumption and a clear expectation

• ​How to communicate expectations with more clarity and realism

• ​How to explain what is needed, why it matters, and how to check alignment

• ​How to turn vague or blame-based statements into clear, actionable language
