

PE Sessions: Lagree
This Lagree class is built for women working in private equity who want training that matches the pace and intensity of their careers.
Lagree is similar to reformer Pilates: a high-intensity, low-impact method that delivers results. The 45-minute session focuses on strength, endurance, and muscular stamina through constant tension on the Megaformer. Expect dynamic, demanding programming that builds the kind of strength that supports long hours at a desk, frequent travel, and high-pressure environments.
Since it's our first time doing Lagree, we're excited to try it as a group!
After the class, we invite you to stay for smoothies and an informal conversation with the group from across the private equity community.

The class is at 8am-8:45am, but please be there at 7:45am to give yourself time to check in and have a quick induction.
