​1:00 - 2:30 An Introduction to Hosting Play Parties

​This workshop is for people who have hosted play parties and want to continue their education, for people who are currently planning their first event, and friends who are curious if hosting play parties is the right next step for them. We cover the foundational elements of creating a successful play party, and discuss the challenges of being a play party host and creating a fun, safer container.

​During this 90 minute session, we will cover the rules, guidelines, and practices on how to:

• ​build community

• ​create a safer container

• ​cultivate a culture of belonging and curiosity

• ​communicate expectations, rules, and cultural norms

• ​navigate conflict

• ​practice consent

• ​inspire connection and play

• ​market to your desired attendees

• ​manage personal boundaries and challenges as a host

​We will examine all of these elements through a lens of ethics and economics, and explore how all of our choices shape the power dynamics and culture of an event.

​2:30-3:00  Play Party Host Networking

​3:00-5:00 Craft A Play Party

​A 2 hour guided workshop to develop a play party idea and put together the elements you need to start producing your event.

​You will receive a play party event checklist, template, and guide to recommended tools, venues, and services for hosting and managing your event. There will be breakout sessions to receive feedback from other attendees.

​Sunday, October 18

​12:00-5:00 Tantra Facilitator Lab

​We will spend a Sunday afternoon practicing the skills needed to hold a strong container for sexual explorations in groups. You’ll learn how to give & receive an erotic massage and all the steps behind the scenes to help you help others. We would love to prep you so you can assist at the upcoming advanced classes, and hopefully for other classes in the future for FWB and HeartcoreTantra. Because FWB values this kind of facilitation training, and are looking for good people to help us make these experiences great for all, we are offering this afternoon for a ridiculously low price.

​Five hours of professional assistant training. In-depth coaching from a Tantra teacher with over 30 years of experience. Going deep with a group of other sex positive event facilitators. Come play and learn how to host your own events, in consent and with the utmost in support services necessary to keep everyone safe.
