🌙 Sleep Lab: The Circadian Rhythm Disruption

There's something different about being in the same room as other people who also lie awake at night.

This isn't a webinar. There's no screen, no mute button. It's a small evening, intentionally small, to have an honest conversation about insomnia with someone who genuinely understands it.

Alexandra Parrado is a Sleep Specialist with a postgraduate degree in Sleep Psychology and advanced training in CBT-i and ACT-i. She knows this problem from the inside and has spent years learning, with clinical rigour. That's what she's coming to share.

How the evening unfolds:

  • 5 min — Welcome from the Mirror SleepWise team

  • 50 min — Workshop with Alexandra: the science of insomnia, what keeps the cycle going, and the tools that break it

  • 15 min — Community break: connect with others who get it

  • 30 min — Guided relaxation session with the Yoga Room team

You'll leave with clarity. With tools. And with a little more calm than you arrived with.
