This isn't a webinar. There's no screen, no mute button. It's a small evening, intentionally small, to have an honest conversation about insomnia with someone who genuinely understands it.
Alexandra Parrado is a Sleep Specialist with a postgraduate degree in Sleep Psychology and advanced training in CBT-i and ACT-i. She knows this problem from the inside and has spent years learning, with clinical rigour. That's what she's coming to share.

15 min — Community break: connect with others who get it
30 min — Guided relaxation session with the Yoga Room team
