​Bringing together angel investors, startup founders, and ecosystem leaders, the Tokyo Angel Conference is a gathering dedicated to all things angel investing.

​From sharing investment experiences and exploring the latest trends to discussing the opportunities and challenges of angel investing in Japan, the conference aims to spark meaningful conversations and new connections.

​It's also an opportunity for angel investors to meet promising founders, discover exciting startups, and connect with fellow investors who share a passion for supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs.

​Brought together by several communities across Tokyo's startup ecosystem, including Serendia, Techstars, and WorkPark, this event is a collaborative effort to strengthen Tokyo's angel investing community and encourage more people to become active angel investors.

“Angel or Demon? Who You Let Into Your Round Matters”

​How should founders choose their angels—and how should angels choose the founders they back? From investment terms and mutual expectations to meaningful support and unwanted interference, we’ll explore what makes the relationship work, what makes it go wrong, and what both sides can do about it.

​18:20–18:30 | Break & Introduction to the Pitch Session

​18:30–19:30 | Startup Pitches & Q&A
Approximately seven startups will present, each with a 3-minute pitch followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.

​19:30–20:00 | Networking
Connect with angel investors, founders, and members of the participating communities.

​Startup pitches will be delivered in Japanese or English.

​東京のエンジェル投資家・起業家・スタートアップエコシステムをつなぐ

​Tokyo Angel Conferenceは、エンジェル投資家、スタートアップの起業家、そしてエコシステムを支えるさまざまなプレイヤーが集い、エンジェル投資について幅広く語り合うイベントです。

​投資経験の共有や最新トレンドの紹介、日本におけるエンジェル投資の可能性や課題についてのディスカッションを通じて、新たな学びやつながりを生み出すことを目指しています。

​また、エンジェル投資家にとっては、有望なスタートアップや起業家との出会い、新たな投資機会の発見、そして志を同じくする投資家同士のネットワークを広げる機会でもあります。

​本イベントは、Serendia、Techstars、WorkParkをはじめとする、東京のスタートアップエコシステムを支える複数のコミュニティが協力して開催します。コミュニティの垣根を越えた交流を通じて、東京のエンジェル投資家コミュニティをさらに活性化し、エンジェル投資に挑戦する人を増やしていきたいと考えています。

​起業家は、どのように投資家を選ぶべきか。エンジェルは、どのように投資先を見極め、出資後に価値を提供できるのか。出資条件や双方の期待、ありがたい支援と過度な介入まで、起業家とエンジェル双方の視点から本音で語ります。

​18:30–19:30｜スタートアップピッチ・Q&A
約7社が登壇予定。各社3分のピッチと5分のQ&Aを通じて、事業や資金調達について紹介します。

​19:30–20:00｜ネットワーキング
エンジェル投資家・起業家・コミュニティメンバー同士で、自由に交流いただけます。

​ピッチは日本語または英語で行われます。
