A conversation about confidence, discipline, and building strength from the ground up starting with your glutes.
Join Angie for an intimate, women-only experience focused on learning how to intentionally grow and strengthen your glutes. This session blends education, reflection, and a beginner-friendly, glute-focused workout designed to help you understand the foundations of muscle growth and train with purpose.
You will learn:
The fundamentals of building mass in the glute area
How to activate and properly engage your glutes
How to structure your workouts for real results
Then, we’ll put it into action with a targeted workout that leaves you feeling strong, empowered, and connected to your body.
No experience required. All levels welcome.
Bring a water bottle and comfortable workout clothes and shoes.
Optional: Bring light–medium dumbbells and a mat.
About Angie
Angie is a mom of two, a women’s empowerment and strength coach, a speaker, and a professional athlete who found her confidence through lifting weights. After years of self-doubt, and a low self-esteem, she rebuilt her strength, inside and out, and now her mission is to guide and support women in building stronger bodies and stronger minds through strength training, consistency, and self-trust.
