About Event
Wear your Paiya and join us on Saturday, November 15th at 9 AM for an outdoor movement class. Sarah from the Kennett YMCA will guide you through a pilates-sculpt class! Pilates-Sculpt blends the low impact, controlled movements of pilates with the compound, micro-movements of barre set to upbeat music. This workout will target the whole body for a powerful burn you can't get enough of!
