About Event

Join us for an intimate Sobremesa dinner at Sinck an evening centered around great wine, thoughtful food, and unhurried conversation. We’re gathering a small group of 4-6 people to keep the experience relaxed, personal, and connected.

About Sinck:
Welcome to Sinck, the wine bar and restaurant of sommelier Sabas Joosten (formerly of De Librije), located on the Prinsengracht in Amsterdam.

Downstairs, you’ll find a warm and atmospheric wine bar pouring exciting, carefully selected wines. Upstairs, the restaurant offers a relaxed dinner experience with a strong focus on flavour-driven dishes and distinctive sauces.
At Sinck, quality always comes first, without pretension or barriers.

Sinck is all about great wine, delicious food, and an inviting atmosphere where everyone feels at ease.
