ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม (Terms & Conditions) ทางคลับและผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์โดยถือว่าผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมได้อ่าน ทำความเข้าใจ และยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (Personal Information Collection) ข้าพเจ้ายินยอมให้ผู้จัดงาน (Event Organizer) ได้แก่ FHWC และผู้สนับสนุน (Sponsors) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลพื้นฐานของข้าพเจ้า เพื่อใช้ในการลงทะเบียน รวบรวมข้อมูลผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ประกาศรายชื่อผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม และใช้ในการติดต่อกรณีฉุกเฉิน I agree to allow the Event Organizer, including FHWC and its Sponsors, to collect my basic personal information for registration purposes, participant records, participant announcements, and emergency contact if necessary. การบันทึกภาพและวิดีโอ (Photography & Videography Consent) หากข้าพเจ้าเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ข้าพเจ้ายินยอมให้ผู้จัดงานบันทึกภาพถ่ายและวิดีโอของข้าพเจ้า เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการประชาสัมพันธ์และเผยแพร่บนช่องทางสื่อสารและโซเชียลมีเดียที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมของผู้จัดงาน If I participate in the activity, I consent to the Event Organizer taking photographs and videos of me for promotional and publicity purposes on the Event Organizer’s social media channels and other communication platforms related to this event. ความรับผิดชอบด้านความปลอดภัย ประกันภัย และทรัพย์สินส่วนบุคคล (Safety, Insurance & Personal Property Responsibility) ข้าพเจ้าขอยืนยันว่าข้าพเจ้ามีประกันอุบัติเหตุส่วนบุคคล และเข้าใจว่าผู้จัดงานไม่ได้จัดหาประกันอุบัติเหตุให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ข้าพเจ้ายอมรับว่า หากเกิดอุบัติเหตุ การบาดเจ็บ หรือเหตุการณ์ไม่คาดคิดใด ๆ ระหว่างการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ข้าพเจ้าจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบแต่เพียงผู้เดียว และได้ตระหนักถึงความเสี่ยงรวมถึงข้อควรระวังด้านความปลอดภัยในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเป็นอย่างดี นอกจากนี้ ข้าพเจ้ารับผิดชอบต่อทรัพย์สินส่วนบุคคลของตนเองตลอดระยะเวลาการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม หากทรัพย์สินเกิดความเสียหาย สูญหาย หรือถูกขโมย ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ข้าพเจ้าจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบแต่เพียงผู้เดียว โดยทางคลับ ผู้จัดงาน และผู้สนับสนุน จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายหรือการสูญหายดังกล่าว I confirm that I have my own personal accident insurance and understand that the Event Organizer does not provide accident insurance coverage for participants. I understand and accept that any injury, accident, or unforeseen incident that may occur during the activity is my sole responsibility. I acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and safety considerations associated with participating in the activity. Furthermore, I am solely responsible for my personal belongings at all times during the activity. In the event of any loss, theft, or damage to my personal property, the Club, Event Organizer, and Sponsors shall not be held liable under any circumstances. การคืนเงินและการรับของที่ระลึก (Refund Policy & Event Giveaways) ในกรณีที่กิจกรรมมีการจำหน่ายบัตรเข้าร่วมงาน ทางคลับและผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินในทุกกรณี สำหรับของที่ระลึก สินค้า หรือของสมนาคุณที่แจกภายในงาน ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องรับภายในวันและช่วงเวลาที่กำหนดของกิจกรรมเท่านั้น ทางผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่จัดส่งหรือเก็บรักษาของดังกล่าวภายหลังสิ้นสุดกิจกรรม If the activity requires ticket purchases or registration fees, all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Event giveaways, souvenirs, or complimentary products must be collected during the designated event date and time only. The Event Organizer reserves the right not to arrange delivery or hold any unclaimed items after the event has ended.
