​Sipping 2026, the fifth edition

​An Italian-inspired networking aperitivo held during ADIPEC week, away from the noise of the exhibition halls. What started as a simple idea, that meaningful business relationships deserve more than a rushed handshake between meetings, has become one of the most sought-after invitations of the week.

​The guest list is deliberately capped: C-level executives, decision-makers and commercial leaders from energy, engineering, construction and finance, alongside diplomats and institutional representatives.

​The evening

​Doors open at 7:00 PM. The evening opens with Ahlan, the Arabic welcome: no alcohol is served during this first part of the evening, in respect of the culture of the country that hosts us and of the guests who observe it. Then an Italian aperitivo, properly served, through to 11:00 PM.

​Dress code: smart casual

​Admission is by confirmed invitation only.

​Registration is a request: every request is reviewed by the organisers, and only approved guests receive their ticket with QR code. Attendance is subject to the organisers' sole discretion.
