It's Complicated: Love, Dating & Mental Health IRL
It's Complicated is an honest conversation about modern relationships and the realities of being human in the digital age. From navigating situationships and setting boundaries to understanding mental health, vulnerability, and meaningful connection, this session is a space to unpack the things we don't talk about enough.
About the Speaker:
Palak Chanana is a Counselling Psychologist, trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, and neurodiversity-affirming therapist. She works with individuals and groups using expressive arts, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy to create spaces for healing, self-discovery, and meaningful connection.
She is the founder of Karavaan, a community initiative that fosters belonging through conversations, workshops, and shared experiences. Her work explores grief, emotional wellbeing, relationships, community care, and what it means to navigate being human in an increasingly complex world.
Through her practice, Palak has facilitated workshops and conversations that invite people to slow down, reflect, and engage with themselves and others with greater compassion and curiosity.
