CST Beginner Clinic

​CourtSide Theory Beginner Clinic is designed specifically for brand new players and advanced beginners looking to build confidence, improve fundamentals, and learn the game in a welcoming environment.

​Unlike our traditional high-paced cardio clinics, this session focuses more on instruction, technique, and understanding the game step-by-step. Players will work on proper groundstroke form, serves, volleys, footwork, rallying, and basic point play through guided drills and coach feedback.

​Whether you're picking up a racquet for the first time or looking to sharpen the fundamentals, this clinic is built to help you learn, improve, and enjoy the process at a comfortable pace.

​All levels of beginners are welcome.
