8:15 am - coffee and pastries - generously provided by Social Pantry - at the Old Bailey, Warwick Square entrance, off Warwick Lane
8:45am - walk starts
9:15am - stop at XO Barbers to pick up accompanying walkers
9:25am - walk resumes
11:00 am - arrival at HMP Brixton
11:00 am-2:00 pm - prison intinerary

• Bus stop next to Prison with buses towards Elephant & Castle (333), Holborn (133), Camberwell (45)
Details of the walk
This walk will be led by Old Bailey Judge, HHJ. Anuja Dhir KC.
Accompanying walkers will include, Luke Carlson of London City Mission, Sheriff Robert and Shrieval Consort Elspeth.
Walking south down Old Bailey, crossing into Pageantmaster Court into Black Friars Lane past Apothecaries’ Hall on your left, cross Queen Victoria Street, past Blackfriars Station, over Blackfriars Bridge to Sons of Temperance Friendly Society building (176 Blackfriars Rd) to stop at XO Barbers to pick up a couple accompanying walkers, then back towards Southwark Station left onto The Cut, past the Young Vic, crossing Waterloo Road onto Baylis Road, crossing West Minster Bridge Road onto Hercules Road, crossing Lambeth Road, Sail St, Newport St, Vauxhall Walk (this part felt a bit edgy), across Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens to Goding St, to Vauxhall Station, cross into South Lambeth Road (although big road, wide pavement), right onto Clapham Road, at Clapham North tube station left into Bedford Road, crossing into Kings Avenue, left into Lyham Road, walk down passing Ramilles Close, a few meters down there is a little, easy to miss, cut through doorway, into carpark and past Pact charity and Clink check-in then entrance on right.

11:10 - 11:45 tour of a couple of work spaces
11:45 - 12:30 XO Barbers
12:30 - 14:00 lunch with a group of prisoners and key staff
What to wear and what to bring
PHOTOGRAPHIC ID (driver's licence or passport)
Credit card to pay for lunch (phones aren't allowed)
This walk is on London pavements, wear comfortable trainers and clothes and carry as little else as possible.
No phones or electronics are allowed in the prison. Belongings in lockers or can be brought from the Old Bailey to the prison by Shrieval cab.
