​Marketing looks exciting from the outside. But behind the campaigns, launches and big ideas, there are missed targets, difficult stakeholders, career turns, rejection, uncertainty, burnout moments and plenty of situations where things simply don’t go according to plan.

​This evening is about resilience, learning how to navigate setbacks, uncertainty and change without losing yourself.

​

​We’ll hear from our speakers personal experiences: moments when things went wrong, what challenged them most, what they learned, and what helped them move forward.

​

​This won’t be a sit-and-listen event. We’ll create space for conversations, small interactive exercises and playful ways to exchange experiences with each other.
