​Raising a child with developmental, medical, behavioral, or mental health needs while balancing a career is a version of working motherhood that asks more of you than most people ever see. If you're a complex caregiver, you know the constant appointments, therapies, insurance battles, school meetings, advocacy, paperwork, and invisible mental load can leave you wondering if anyone else truly understands what you're carrying.

​This Village Session, hosted by Mothered Media and Complex Caregiver Solutions, creates space for exactly that experience. Together, we'll have honest conversations about what this version of motherhood really looks like, how to navigate the workplace when your caregiving responsibilities go beyond what most policies and support systems account for, and what we need from ourselves and one another to keep moving forward.
