How to Get a Seat at the Boardroom Table
Sara Almgren, CEO and co-founder of Diverse Executive Boards (deb), has spent years opening board room doors for leaders who are still underrepresented at that table. In this ROOMs session, she will talk through what a board actually looks for, how to build credible governance experience without a head start, and the practical steps between wanting a board seat and holding one.
This is not theory. Sara coaches people into their first board roles for a living, so expect direct, usable guidance rather than generalities.
