About Event
Parenting Your Parents! is a therapist-led group for people aged 33 and up who are finding themselves in the role of caring for, parenting, checking in on, and emotionally supporting their parents. If you’ve been juggling guilt, frustration, responsibility, and a whole lot of “how did we get here?”, this space is for you.
Come as you are, vent a little, connect with others who get it, and leave feeling lighter. We’ll make room for honest conversation, shared relief, and practical support around one of the messier parts of adult life.
