• ​We begin with introductions so everyone knows who has joined before we get started with a unique 10 minute walking meditation experience (so bring your phone and headphones!!)

• ​After the meditation it's a walk and talk with some occasional guided conversation prompts to spark meaningful chat to support each other in business
